- On our website, fill in the form for a free quote and select ‘household goods moving’.
- Submit the form.
- The next screen directs you to our online survey tool. If you want to take part in the survey some other time, you can just click on ‘Not home?’ and select a time that works for you. At the time you chose, you’ll receive an email with a link to the survey.
- If you press ‘Start recording’ while using your computer, you’ll receive a text message with a link to our tool. If you press ‘Start recording’ while using your smartphone the tool will open automatically.

Tips for a quick estimate
- The tool will notify you when you move around too fast or when the lighting isn’t good enough. If you follow the instructions, you’ll be fine.
- There is an option to select special items such as a small vehicle, jacuzzi, piano, safe … so you don’t need to worry about those.
- You can select items that you don’t want to take with you.
- Do you want to change anything? You can always go back and change something in your online survey. Your data is stored safely and is GDPR compliant, so that only you and authorized users can access it. Are you not interested in using this tool anymore? On your request we will remove your data.
- You don’t need to film the contents of your cupboards, closets, drawers … the tool will make an estimate of the contents based on the size.
