Gosselin launches e-learning platform for continuous training
Last week, Gosselin launched its new learning management system Bridge with a week-long teaser campaign. From 15 February, employees from all branches in the moving division can complete courses and trainings from their desk.
“One of Gosselin’s core values is quality”, says co-CEO Marcel Jörg. “It allows us to enhance our customer satisfaction. Since our quality largely depends on the qualifications of our employees, we invest in our people through on the job learning and regular training courses to keep them at the top of the industry.”
That’s why, in 2018, Gosselin made a major effort to train customer service and sales staff organizing 10 residential trainings, mostly held in Antwerp. These trainings were very warmly welcomed and highly requested, but there were limits to the number of classroom trainings that could be held.
To make sure trainings could proceed, management decided to bring the classroom to the staff. With the learning management system, Bridge, employees can complete trainings and courses at their own pace and at their own desk. “Desktop, mobile, at home or at the office… There are many different options available that suit different learning styles and lifestyles”, according to Marcel Jörg.
The e-learning platform makes it possible for Gosselin staff to keep developing and learning in a flexible way. It allows them to take ownership of their own education and progress. Bridge is available for employees in every department at every level within our moving division.
