Hat alles super aufgebaut, war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch lösungsorientiert. Vielen Dank auch für den Aufbau des Kleiderschrankes mit viel Können, da dieser nur 2 cm unter der Decke endet. - Gerne gebe ich Feedback an eventuelle Kunden, möchte aber mein Feedback nicht auf der Homepage oder in sozialen Medien gepostet sehen. - Tolle Crew, sehr pragmatisch, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Hat sich auch schwierigen Themen professionell gewidmet, wie meine Waschmaschine aus der engen Badezimmertür zu bekommen. - War alles super, und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Was ich mir eventuell noch gewünscht hätte, wären etwas mehr detaillierte Angaben zum Import eines Autos (nicht nur die Zollformalitäten).

I don't think I can give this permission, sorry! - Definitely the best service I've ever had. - The movers were very professional, meticulous, and everything was treated with care. - The movers were very professional and fast. - I don't think this is applicable because I had to go through Gosselin because of my copmany. - This was easily the best overseas move I've ever had, and probably even without exaggeration the best move I've ever had in my life. It was a 10/10 process and communication across the board. Dennis Cuhls was a pleasure to work with, made everything very simple, and was excellent at communication!

I'm thrilled that I had the good sense to hire Gosselin to manage my move. Despite my anxieties, everything was done professionally and without causing any additional stress (beyond the normal moving stress). The team both in New York and Marseille were wonderful people and I was so happy to have their warm efficiency in my homes. - I had way too much stuff and these 4 men were fabulous. They got everything into the apartment, did exactly what I wanted and efficiently unpacked my numerous belongings, again, while being very supportive and friendly through the whole process. I couldn't have been more pleased. - The team that did the packing was excellent. They took my complicated belongings, wrapped them all securely and did it all while being very supportive of my anxieties. Not one item came through damaged or broken, proving what an excellent job they did. - I'm not quite sure what this question is asking or who the sales representative was, but everyone I had contact with during the process was helpful, professional and efficient. - Mary is a warm and caring professional who clearly takes pride in not only the work she does but making we, the clients, feel as relaxed and confident as possible in what is a very stressful situation: moving abroad. I appreciated her help, consul and management of my move and would recommend her to anyone without reservation.

Personal war sehr freundlich und speditiv. Leider hatte ich keinen Lift und deshalb musste alles zu Fuss in den zweiten Stock und ins Lager im Kellergeschoss oder Estrich gebracht werden. Im Total waren 3 Personen dort. Vielleicht wäre es noch gut gewesen eine vierte Person dabeizuhaben, um die Last aus gesundheitlichen Gründen etwas besser verteilen zu können. Einige meiner Möbel waren sehr schwer. - Sehr viel Personal zur Verfügung gehabt. Deshalb konnte das Einpacken nach bereits 2 Tagen abgeschlossen werden. Alles wurde sorgfältig eingepackt. - Antworten auf Fragen sind immer sehr speditiv eingetroffen. Der Umzugstermin konnte kurzfristig ohne Probleme organisiert werden, obwohl das Umzugsgut noch in Antwerpen war. Die Beratung war immer professionell.

Perfect. Heel correct en voortijdig heel duidelijke informatie. - Samenwerking is naar gewoonte. Prima - Het team welke bij ons kwamen verpakken waren heel professioneel. Werkelijk heel goed. Gedisciplineerd , heel goed op elkaar afgestemd. Let wel op de Mexicaanse volumeinschatting. Zij overschatten naar gewoonte. - Ook hier ben ik gewoon van een keurig team aan onze zijde te hebben. Vlot, keurig , geen beschadigingen . Het team was heel vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Ik hoop met jullie verder te kunnen werken. - gewoon perfect. - Opmerking: Als klant is het belangrijk , het team voldoende ruimte te geven om vlot te kunnen werken. Een handje toesteken is wel het minste dat we als klant voor jullie team kunnen doen. Het heeft mij een plezier geweest samen te werken met jou prima team.

I don't understand this question. - Based on my experience with previous 6 international moves packaging this time was unfortunately the worst. Although I have the impression that our goods were well prepared so many things got mixed together to save space and time that caused much more effort for unpackaging and organizing upon reception. Clothes and towels have been used for padding and filling spaces, which also caused enormous effort to clean and fold afterwards. A marble table that was sucessfully moved 6 times before broke although in a special crate (but without any padding). - Very efficient, made sure that the leader of the crew understood English, crew receptive for additional tasks (moving a furniture after having placed, discarding of goods not wanted anymore). - Personally I would have preferred another offer with a different moving company in Caracas but it's neither the fault of Gosselin.

One very experienced packer and a couple of very inexperienced folks...but the experienced packer was training them and giving then good directiojs - The two guys where very careful, offered to unpack everything - Very slow move since it took 4.5 months to go from Madrid to the US. Also, you are handed from company to company with no handoff or intro. Despite the above, price was good and everything arrived in good shape. Those were the things that in this casi I cared most about

This is the second time i have utilized Gosselin for a home move. They are highly professional, empathetic to what can be a stressful time and go above and beyond to make it seamless and organized. The team members have been consistently kind, polite, conscientious and ensure they do all the legwork. The quality of packing and unpacking service is second to none. Apart form some issues with the insurance team (really slow moving procedure, brilliantly accelerated and supported by Mr Odrobinski), my experience with Gosselin was great. - The local crew was hard working and helpful. - The whole crew was professional friendly and helpful. - Mr Odrobinski is professional and very, very helpful.

Dit heeft er toe geleid dat mijn verhuis meer dan een maand gestockeerd werd in België. - Beide vertegenwoordigers van Gosselin zijn steeds nauwkeurig tewerk gegaan. - De ervaring met Celebrity was zeer positief. De mannen die mijn goederen geleverd hebben zijn harde werkers, zeer beleefd en uiterst vriendelijk. Een lust om met deze mannen te werken.

het blijft ons verbazen dat twee bedrijven zo'n groot verschil van de inschatting van de M3 kunnen hebben. Ook in het verleden hebben we dit bij andere bedrijven meegemaakt. Dat maakt het vooral lastig in de discussie met de werkgever of we wel of niet moeten bijbetalen - Ontzettende aardige gasten die belachelijk hard werken. Een paar zaken bleken licht beschadigd maar dat is ook bijna niet te voorkomen. Wij vonden dat ze goed werk hebben gedaan - Idem dito. - fijn dat ze goed bereikbaar was. als tip zou ik meegeven om al een telefoonnummer in de correspondentie/mails mee te geven.

It took a long time to get our shipment, and the delivery was very rushed. - The pickup was great. Overall the shipment took over three months, which was much longer than expected. Delivery at destination felt very rushed. - Customer service representatives are very professional and responsive.

Very thankful. Gosselin proved very professional, communicative, and engaged. It made our move here so much easier. Thank you for your service and help. We would recommend Gosselin very much. - Services in Georgia went very smoothly. They were quick and efficient. The only thing to mention is in regards to the vehicle that was shipped on the container. When I went to Poti to pick it up I didn't know how long it would take to wait. It was 10 hours of waiting. In the end everything went fine and the car was in good condition, but if I had known the process in Poti would be so laborsome I probably would have paid the 500 Euros for it to be delivered to me. I think it would be helpful for clients to know the options and the implications of going to Poti themselves. Again, it worked out and long waits are just the normal there, but kowing that ahead would have been very helpful. Maia was super helpful and very engaged during the whole process. I cannot give enough praise to Maia because she was very helpful, responsive, intentional, and abundantly kind in doing whatever she could to help us in the whole process. She is worth gold for Gosselin in Georgia. - There were a few things that were not packed well, like a glass frame placed under a circle saw in a box neither of which were wrapped in bubble wrap. Thankfully neither were broken in transport, but it was surprising to open this box and discover how these items had not been packed carefully. In addition, the day of packing was also the same day we discovered the specific instructions that Georgia requires, for example only 30kg of toys. We didn't know this before the day of packing which should have been known prior. - Very thankful. Nathalie was very helpful and always very responsive and proactive.

Kind regards, Brendan Kohler - Marketing and answering the relative secondary questions I had during my selection process of choosinng my moving contractor were tops and it was a easy overall first choice in my selection process for Gosselin. - I was super impressed with the care and attention to detail and the quantity of packaging material supplied with this move. Special boxes and crates for specific items as well. I was confident that it would go well and I was regularly kept up to date on a weekly basis as to the progress of the actual shipment. - The guys delivered my goods on agreed date, in perfect order, absolutely nothinng broken , nothing missing, paperwork for clearing customs all done perfectly well so it was a text book good job, done perfectly. - To anybody reading this i hve absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gosselin in taking care of your posessions for your international move. I Moved from Zandvoort in the Netherlands to Blouberg in Cape Town. Door to door. Please trust them with the packaging of your belovered possessions as they are the professionals and they know what they are doing! The shipment transit time on the boat and the delivery to your house are also eficient and you are kept up to date constantly. The overall price for this professional service was so good that the nearest compeditor was not even close to being competitive. Well done guys! From beginning to end a fantastic professional service. In the UK, the moving process was efficient and well-coordinated. I would especially like to commend the workers responsible for the move — they were exceptionally polite, handled everything carefully, and worked quickly. I sincerely appreciate all of their help. - Overall, the assistance provided was satisfactory. - Yvonne provided kind and appropriate assistance during the moving process, and I am truly grateful for her help. - The support provided by the German company was very good. Due to the summer holiday period, the available moving date couldn’t be arranged in July and had to be scheduled in August, which was about a month later than I expected. However, overall, I was satisfied with the assistance.

Agnieszka Kowalska, as well as both crews, in Luxembourg and in Poland, were very professional, helpful and thoughtful. The move was completed smoothly, without any problems. Our belongings arrived in exactly the same condition as they were packed. Some of the boxes looked like new, which shows how well they were treated during the transportation.

8 - The only reason I am giving this number is because of the time gap of loading and receiving goods. It was a gap of 14 days almost between the goods loaded (in Brussels) and then the goods received (in Frankfurt). - Very good Friendly crew. - Very Good. Friendly crew. - Very good. Again, the local agent appeared to lack awareness of the proper procedures for unpacking at the destination (as provided in the Delivery Day Guide shared by Gosselin). The local agent was responsive to queries, but lacked a customer service mindset - as an example, it was very frustrating to receive daily emails from the agent requesting updates, when I had already made clear that the issue was outside my control. A more service-oriented approach would have resulted in a better experience at the destination. - The agent provided a good packing service, as demonstrated by the fact that all the items arrived safely at the destination without damage or breakages. However, coordination between Gosselin and the local agent could have been better. When the crew arrived at the address, they seemed surprised that they would be packing items. They also did not have appropriate boxes for certain items - for example, there were no wardrobe boxes for clothes or a TV box, which resulted in the TV being wrapped in blankets and sent to the warehouse initially. - Emilie was very helpful and proactive and provided excellent service. I am grateful for her assistance.

The experience was above and beyond what I expected. This really helped make my move easier. I was very surprised at the quality because it was so much more than I have experienced in the past with other companies. I will absolutely work with them again in the future if I move. - The team was very professional. They worked quickly and took great care with my belongings. Un excellent rapport qualité prix Bravo à vous et votre équipe. - Juste deux remarques : - il faudrait penser à envoyer la liste des cartons emballés par mail, car le document qui nous a été remis était en papier carbon donc illisible; - il serait judicieux de communiquer à AGS ou au client que le carton numéro 1 est celui qui contient toutes les vises et éléments permettant le montage des meubles. Malheureusement, on a du essayer de comprendre et chercher pendant un moment les vises pour monter les meubles. Merci encore pour tout. Tout est arrivé sans bris, sans casse. Auspackarbeiten wurden sehr effizient, kundenfreundlich und professionell durchgeführt. Die Koordination der Anlieferung des Umzugsgut mit Herrn Em war allerdings etwas schwierig. Ich habe es zum ersten Mal erlebt, dass die Umzugsfirma die Anlieferung erst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage und im aller letzten Moment bestätigt (Bestätigung für die Anlieferung am Montag traf am Freitagabend ein. Es fehlte jegliche Zeitangabe für die Anlieferung).

Angela was like Maaike very proactive to manage very quickly the delivery of our goods upon arrival of the ship to Canada. The team which came to deliver at home was also very professional, cautious of our goods and friendly. - He understood very quickly what we wanted and provided very good advices. - The team was very professional, took good care of our goods and was very friendly. The outside temperature was 37° in the shade which made their work even harder. - The overall process of relocating to Canada was not a bed of roses.
