Bien dans l'ensemble de l'accompagnement. Nous aurions cependant aimé davantage de communication quant à l'avancée du chargement (par exemple, sans que nous ayons nous meme besoin d'interroger, nous informer de la date de départ de France qui dans notre cas a pris une semaine). - L'ensemble de la prestation (déménagement, commerciale...) a ete très professionnelle dans l'ensemble et nous en sommes satisfaits. Nous recommanderons l'entreprise sans hésiter.

Mary is highly responsive, and handles everything in a punctual & meticulous manner. It was a pleasure working with her during my move, and really gave me peace of mind during this uncertain period. alles tipptopp. haben sich sehr bemüht. - etwas wenig flexibel mit "Extrawünschen" im Vorfeld des Umzugs. Deshalb nur ein "gut". Die Umzugsmannschaft war sehr professionell, speditiv und angenehm! Hat ein "sehr zufrieden" verdient, obwohl sie gewisse Dinge wohl besser hätten einpacken können (siehe kaputtes Bild und Mottenschrank). - war online. mit physischer Präsenz wäre besser. Aber er hat es sehr effizient abgewickelt! - Er hat stets sehr rasch und klar geantwortet.

Sehr guter Support - Es war in meinen Augen nichts schwieriges, es waren keine speziellen Artikel zu versenden - Ich musste die Mitarbeiterinnen teilweise darauf hinweisen Artikel noch versandfertig zu verpacken. Plastikkisten, Koffer wurden nicht; wie in der Schweiz; in Kartons gepackt. Dadurch kam es zu einer Beschädigung. Das Arbeitstempo der Mitarbeiterinnen war aber sehr schnell. - Wurde pünktlich und ohne fehlendes Inventar abgeliefert

I was unsure about hiring a company for our international move, but Gosselin was an excellent choice. We are incredibly happy with the result -- it came in higher quality than we expected. Outstanding value! - Gridiron was an excellent team. They arrived exactly on-time, were helpful on suggesting how to best transport delicate items, they were polite, and finished up with a clean house. Best movers we've had in a very long time. - I don't know who the sales rep was, but everyone was fine. - Dominique was highly communicative and responsive -- it was incredible to have transparency on the process. She brought in additional team members when needed to answer questions.

Once again, perfect crew. Very professional and very helpful. - Thank you to Daniel, Jonas and Leif for making this move from something I expected to be stressful into a peaceful and perfect experience. Highly recommended. - Best crew ever. Very helpful and outgoing. Sadly they were not completely informed from headoffice, for example were not aware there were two locations and were not aware about the crates to be taken along, so it was hard for them but they outperformed. So helpful and hardworking. Would advise anyone to work with Alfa Quality Moving! - Fast and quick response time. Open to think with me on how to provide videos, etc. - Very open, honest and fast follow-up - as service coordinator performed extremely well and outstanding. It was a pleasure to be guided by Vitalii Boiko. Many thanks to him.

Die Firma war sehr reagierend, flexibel und bereit, sich unseren Bedürfnissen anzupassen. - Die "Movers" waren pünktlich und sehr angenehm; insbesondere haben sie unsere Sachen sehr sorgfältig verpackt. - Wir habens on line gemacht, das ging sehr gut. - Frau Schwaller war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit, sehr kundenorientiert. - Alles sehr gut und reibungslos verlaufen. Der Hauptkontakt fand mit SONIGO (top) und mit TRANSWORLD (Durchschnitt) statt. - Trans World hat es leider unterlassen, eine vorgängige Inspektion der Wohnsituation vorzunehmen. Der Container musste in der Folge auf einer Hauptstrasse, mehrere Kilometer vom Domizil entfernt in einer "last minute" Aktion umgeladen werden. Der erste Karton wurde am 1. Umzugstag um 17.45 Abends angeliefert. Die Umzugsfirma insistierte, am gleichen Abend (bei Dunkelheit) noch alles auszupacken und zu montieren. Da die Firma nur teilweise Mitarbeiter in Uniform mitbrachte und das Team in der Dunkelheit nur schwer kontrollierbar war, wurde dies abgelehnt. Hervorzuheben ist jedoch der absolut überragende Vorarbeiter (nicht der Supervisor), der "Foreman". - Joe von Sonigo war einmal mehr ein verlässlicher, empathischer und professioneller Partner im Prozess.

Thank you to the whole Gosselin team for making my move from Estonia to Switzerland as easy as possible. My many questions were always answered quickly and in detail and I always felt informed about first the planning and then the execution of the move. Having done several international moves I would recommend Gosseling and will use them again if needed, hopefully not really soon though :D

C’est le 3ème déménagement que j’effectue avec Gosselin (y compris outre Atlantique donc beaucoup plus complexe) et j’ai été assez déçue de l’accompagnement cette fois ci. J’ai du relancer plusieurs fois sans réponse ni au téléphone ni par mail, pour au final être contacté par quelqu’un d’autre pour me confirmer la date de déménagement, envoyer la facture et les autres documents nécessaires. Je trouve que pour un service qu’on paie assez cher et pour faciliter un déménagement sans stress, l’accompagnement devrait être meilleur et a pu l’être par le passé. J’attends plus de Gosselin et je trouve qu’il y a eu un laisser aller que je pense important de partager. - Très bien, rapide et efficace. - Rien à dire, l’équipe a été rapide, efficace et très sympathique! - Idem, rapide, efficace et très sympathique. - Je mets 8 car le déménagement en lui-même a été sans faute, l’échange avec Olivier Ravon pareil mais comme j’ai dit l’accompagnement, le service client n’étais pas à la hauteur pour moi.

Upon the arrival of my belongings, I was surprised to see that the only item, a painting that I had explicitly requested be crated, was not adequately protected for a maritime move. From the very beginning, I had asked my painting to travel in a wood crate. The crew at origin didn't have the crate, but they assured me that the crate was ready in Miami and my painting would be placed in it as soon as they reached Miami. Could you please check the pricing and see if I was charged for this crate? The packing of my belongings was well done, but the loading was questionable. Several of my plastic boxes were misplaced and broken. However, I haven't suffered any damage except for some plastic containers that are broken. - Very respectful, polite, and accommodating crew. They were amazing!

note - we expected someone from Switzerland to be on site for the move, on the day, the Spanish movers had issues with parking which meant one of the crew had to stay with the van while the other did all the moving, this slowed things down and also seemed unfair... also - neither of the Spanish crew spoke any English... thankfully my husband has some Spanish but if not, we would have really struggled to explain what was needed. we hired movers from Switzerland to manage Swiss requirements and to ensure language was not a barrier...

I am sure Gosselin team in Russia did all they could to make my move perfect. They clearly communicated and acted prompt both through customs and delivery from Moscow to Yekaterinburg. - Alexandra has a talent of communicating urgency without putting pressure! This is a very rare and unique skill. She was super helpful and available on the phone/whatsapp/email at all times. Alexandra has also helped with customs declaration upon landing in Yekaterinburg. She clearly communicated with customs officers explaining the situation and guiding on the next steps. I am truly thankful to Alexandra for making extra effort in supporting my move. Thank you Alexandra, your efforts and support were exceptional! - Delivery in Russia is a separate matter as the delivery is not Insured. Some goods can be damaged at customs (in my case some of things were damaged), but this is nothing to do with Gosselin team. I would rather not have my name shared.

I was very satisfied, other than question 1 above. - I did not answer this as I didn’t have a visit for a survey, but I am forced to answer. My quote was done based on my photos so it doesn’t really apply. - The only confusion was about who was going to sign the agreement. Considering Gosselin has worked with Tashkent International School for many years, I would have thought they would have had this process worked out. I felt a lack of trust in me as an employee of the school.
