I'm very happy with the move. I already mentioned the two issues - the couch wasn't fully reassembled and a lighter was packed dangerously, but otherwise, everything was great.

N/A - Given that moves are always very stressful, Gosselin, and specifically Federica, made this part of the move nearly seamless. A big thanks to everyone involved! - The installation of all of the furniture was a complicated and time-consuming job, but it was handled perfectly by the handymen. They were all very kind and they did a stellar job with the building and installation of everything. The apartment turned out just as I had imagined it, if not even better! - With several changes in how we wanted to handle this move, Federica remained agile and very reactive. She was a great pleasure to work with, always maintaining a great attitude.

Very good service from the office AGS, also very punctual in delivering. - Via email see above comments. As for the company that came to pick up the boxes, very punctual and nice. - Andrea has been very helpful and comforting, especially as it was my first move - I have scored only 7 as I do not think the packaging was secure at all; I had done it myself but it was not re secured and the boxes have arrived opened in some areas - You can share my feed backs but not my name

Three men unloaded my goods: they were polite, friendly and very professional throughout. - I had a very positive experience with Gosselin and would definitely recommend them to others (just as a friend had originally recommended them to me). The price offered for moving my goods was very reasonable. All my email queries were answered promptly and carefully, and I was kept updated throughout the process. - Simon responded very promptly to emails and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was very professional.

Very quick move (within one day from Poland to Luxembourg), and very timely (both in Warsaw and Luxembourg). - Both persons were very quick and efficient with packing - Very responsive and helpful - A very efficient, responsive and helpful team of professionals. Familiar with the move for EU institutions and accompanying procedures. The move was really hassle free and cooperation with the entire team was seamless. Would gladly use them again for any future international or domestic move.

We were very happy with the excellent relocation service provided by Gosselin who helped us move into our apartment in Bern - Excellent service from Gosselin - The only issue was rental furniture organised via partner company Packimpex - quality of furniture not very good and we were provided with items we did not need with little choice in the matter - Very poorly organised, incorrect information give, and very poor handling and transport of goods including articles not properly wrapped or not wrapped at all

People should be trained better regarding packing and packing treatment for specific items; ie: packing electronics, packing shoes. - Very good service, we were well and continuously informed about our goods. In general a very trusted service.
