Auch dieses Team war einmalig. Von der puenktlichen Ankunft ueber die sorgfaeltige Entladung des Containers und die (schon wieder!) endlosen Treppen zum Hauseingang bis hin zum Platzieren der Moebel - alles war einfach perfekt! - Massimo Calabrese hat den ganzen Vorgang sehr ausfuehrlich erklaert und war jederzeit bereit, meine Fragen zu beantworten. Dadurch war es moeglich, den sehr kurzfristigen Umzug in der engen Zeit reibungslos abzuwickeln. - Das zwei-Personen-Team war einsame Klasse! Schnell, sorgfaeltig, und aeusserst freundlich - trotz endloser Treppen und schwieriger Demontage einer Wohnwand arbeiteten sie in bester Laune. Hier waren eindeutig erfahrene Profis am Werk, was beim Auspacken erst recht klar wurde: Alles in bestem Zustand und klar bezeichnet. Nicht eine einzige Schraube hat gefehlt! - Wegen des gedraengten Zeitplans, gab es keine Umzugsbesichtigung. Die ganze Vorbereitung wurde telefonisch und durch elektronische Uebermittlung von Bildern und der Angabe von Volumen abgewickelt. Ohne die konstante Unterstuetzung von Herrn Calabrese haette ich dies alles nie so schnell und problemlos geschafft. - Ich habe Ihre Firma bereits weiterempfohlen und werde dies auch weiterhin tun. Was mich persoenlich betrifft, so werde ich mich jederzeit wieder an Sie wenden, falls ich in der Zukunft Unterstuetzung bei einem Uebersee-Umzug brauchen sollte. Sie haben in mir eine lebenslange Kundin gewonnen. Noch einmal ganz herzlichen Dank an alle, die mir das Leben (und diesen Umzug) so viel leichter gemacht haben! - Meine Erfahrung mit Gosselin waehrend des ganzen Ablaufs dieses schnellen und nicht gerade einfachen Umzugs war absolut perfekt. Ihr ganzes Team hat es mir ermoeglicht, eine sehr stressige Situation gut zu ueberstehen und relativ souveraen zu meistern. Es ist klar, dass alle Ihre Mitarbeiter den Umzugs-Stress Ihrer Kunden nicht nur verstehen, sondern es auch schaffen, diesen abzubauen und Sorgen in Nichts aufzuloesen. Ich kann Ihnen - sowohl Gosselin als auch Hanseatic - nicht genug danken fuer Ihre durchwegs professionelle und verstaendnisvolle Unterstuetzung bei dieser schwierigen Aufgabe.

Insgesamt war die Beratung gut und ausführlich. Allerdings hat sich beim Umzugstermin am 25.3.2025 gezeigt, dass es Kommunikationsdefizite gab. Ich hatte die neuen CH - Telefonnummern und die eine verbleibende französische Nummer ca. 10 Tage vorher kommuniziert, es stellte sich aber heraus, dass der Leiter der Umzugsbrigade diesen update nicht hatte. Ausserdem war der LKW zu gross, um in unserer Strasse in Neuilly sur Seine zu parken. Er wurde weiter entfernt abgestellt und die Leute mussten alles mit den Trolley/ Skateboards hinschieben. Das hat die Arbeit erschwert und zeitlich sehr verzögert. Es ist uns nicht klar, warum die Lokalitäten im Vorfeld nicht besser angesehen wurden. Wir hatten alles (alter und neuer Wohnort) lange im Voraus kommuniziert. Da fehlte uns etwas die Koordination zwischen Schweiz und Frankreich. - Wiederum im allgemeinen gut, aber - siehe oben , die Kommunikation zwischen Frankreich und der Schweiz schien uns nicht optimal gelaufen zu sein. - Jürgen von Rhodesien Services hat einen guten Job gemacht und das Team gut geführt, soweit er konnte. Da die Leute unterschiedliche Sprachen sprachen, gab es manchmal Hürden, konnte einigermassen bewältigt werden. Von den beiden lokalen Kräften sprach nur einer Englisch, der andere nur französisch, der Leiter des Teams Englisch - das führte dazu, dass z.B. die Beschriftung der Kisten teilweise nicht sehr gut war und uns das Auspacken erschwert. Beim Material wurden keine Decken eingesetzt, dafür sehr viel Papier und Luftpolsterfolie. - Gerne möchten wir diese Bewertung zunächst nur für Gosselin abgeben, nicht für die Öffentlichkeit.

Die Bewertzng setzt voraus, dass die Abwicklung der kleinen Schäden nun auch so speditiv geht, wie alles andere! - Selten in Thailand ein so gut funktionierendes hilfsbereites Team erlebt!!!! - Zwei top motivierte Mitarbeiter, die sehr sorgsam mit den Sachen umgegangen sind!

Very knowledgeable and experienced. - You can share my name but only the first name. Or use the initials CM For security I do not want my name posted I had two small damages on my furniture, I believe that it was done on the container ship or in warehouse loading because movers on both sides were very careful. I was not able to file a claim as the administrative formalities in this city were so complicated and I have not yet unpacked all the boxes. The one with more damage dates to 2004 (I just found the receipt) so I do not think the insurance will pay, but even so, I do not know where I can get it repaired here in an area which I am unfamiliar with. So I will leave it.

Andrea and staff of Gosselin were attentive to all the details of our move from Alameda, California to Milano, Italia. We are quite pleased. - We imagine every person or family has very specific requests and ideas about an important relocation or move. The Gosselin staff were good listeners and gave excellent attention to our needs and requests. - They were on time and had a good sized crew that were fast but also listened to how we preferred to have items wrapped for the move. - The two gentlemen that brought all of our boxes into our home, counted the boxes and made sure all items were delivered. Plus the parking permit for the truck was professional and courteous to our neighbours by not blocking the very narrow street. - Thank you. - Great service for our international move. As we paid a perhaps slightly lower fare thank usual, we waited a long time to have our delivery. During our wait for delivery, there perhaps could have been better communication regarding where our personal items / where our boxes were located exactly and what the exact plan was for the delivery to Europe. Knowing that in a shared container one must wait for other families or groups to add to the delivery to fill up the container space. The many weeks of no communication gave doubts that we would ever receive our belongings in Milano. But certainly in good faith, all was delivered flawlessly with great attention to details making our move to italia peaceful. Thank you !

Incredibly smooth. On just on time but arrived early, worked hard to pack items quickly, nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding service. Nothing broken. Very polite. Great. - Nicoleta Cristea was wonderful. Very helpful and great co-ordinator with Dóra and Yvonne. - The service was excellent. Communications with Yvonne Dingley was super. She understood the unique specifics of my moving situation and helped me sort out some issues with customs. - Couldn't find fault. Service on all fronts was well above expectations and stress free as a result. - Could you just use my first name please Szilvia (Essex UK). - Dóra was very efficient, extremely quick responding to queries and very helpful sorting out any issues that arose. Absolutely excellent and fully bilingual too.

The arrival of the Team was very punctual as well as the arrival of the container at my residence. The offloading and unpacking went very smooth, and the team/supervisor were very organized and engaging with me, to make sure all boxes were in the correct room. They unpacked as much as they could and what wasn't unpacked, was due to me asking them not to unpack and removed all packing material. They assembled , the 2 sofas in the LR and they assembled 2 beds (Ikea) . When asked about assembling the LR storage cabinets and the BR wardrobes, the supervisor called his office and passed on the communication to me : The Office person ( I assume a manger ) asked if it was required to assemble the cabinets the same day ( as it as getting close to 14:00 /14:30 ) or if they could come back on an other day. As it is RAMADAN , I told him:" Its already getting late, so let the team stop and you can send staff to assemble the remaining furniture any day this week inclusive the weekend. I also added to double check if the service was included and if not how much I had to pay" . Story short, no one came to assemble the remaining furniture, nor was there any any communication. I called the supervisor and he told me that the office will arrange this. Nothing happened, resulting in me assembling 80% of the cabinets and wardrobes over the weekend. In a nutshell: Delight International are not 100% reliable in what they communicate. In addition they are very poor communicators via email . If I did not complaint to you that they were not engaging with me with regard to estimated delivery day, they would not have answered my email. I will not trust them to use them again in the future. - Great Team. - Very professional. - Very professional . - Your service was excellent in 2 occasions, when my container arrived in 2023 from Dubai and was delivered in Mechelen, and on Jan 4th 2025, when all had to be packed and sent back to Dubai. The unhappy experience from the company in Dubai, is out of your control but I recommend to brief them that their average customer service may affect your overal scoring .

My experience with Gosselin was generally really good. The only reason why I will not give a 10, is that there was some damage to our wall when removing one of the paintings. Other than that, the experience was really good and I will recommend Gosselin to my friends and colleagues. - Emilie was an excellent coordinator and made the whole process seamless. It was a pleasure working with her.

Gosselin helped as good as they could. Even though we did this short notice. They adapted to our situation and were understanding. Would recommend. - Very satisfied with the move. one small point is that some required documents and info came late. I know we did this short notice and we are gratefull you all adapted to the situation but most of there requirements or info could've been asked/sent right after signing the quote. - Same 2 movers as in Belgium. Clean quick and with care. - The 2 movers were kind, fast and clean. They handled everything with the expected care. - Clear, quick and understanding. - The little communication we had was ok.

I was not there in person, but when everything arrived it seemed to be very well packed. - Several times it was not clear what was happening. A time was suggested, but then it was not confirmed when she said it would be. It would have been better to say "I will confirm in the next couple of days" or "as soon as I can", rather than promise "I will confirm tomorrow" and then hear nothing.

Some bad decisions were made by the staff when packing - see above. - Staff was nice and professional, took care of items and did not cause any damage. - Professional team and things were well packed, BUT: - a heavy metal trolley was placed inside a fragile wooden cabinet; luckily there was no major damage, but one wood stud did get broken. In any case, it was a terrible idea. - We had bought a new mattress (>2,000€). We repeatedly said to the crew that manufacturer’s recommendation was to make it travel horizontally, above the rest of the boxes. Staff placed the mattress horizontally, but below 3 layers of heavy boxes. It is difficult to assess if that has caused any damage, but clearly the staff nodded and did the total opposite once we turned our back. - The finishing fabric on the down side of one of the pieces of sofa was torn apart. (see photos) - Very professional. - Excellent contact. Jill was very helpful and responsive. Always answered very quickly to all questions and requests.

We are happy with the packaging of our belongings however our things arrived about 1 month later than we were originally informed that they would which was inconvenient and has led to us having additional costs. - Worked efficiently and were very polite. All of the boxes and packaging were taken away with them. Smooth move in. - The movers were efficient and packed everything in very well. None of our belongings were broken. One wall in our home was damaged by the movers however the company was very quick in finding a solution (handyman to repair).

Not sufficient support in mobilising customs, letting my colleagues get everything done. Without my own investment the car would not have been liberated. I was accused of being impatient, while I have been waiting for 8 months to receive the car (only 3 months in transport).

Planning was not good, initially planned for 1 day in Christmas eve, which was clear would not be possible, the team stayed until 19:30 in Christmas eve and only managed to put all boxes inside the house/garage (mostly garage). After some arguments it was agreed to schedule another day to finish the job. - Very well organized, team took its time to do the packaging and crew was very friendly. Only suggestion would be to be more conscious about paper wrapping, unpacking the boxes was clear to us that too much paper wrapping was used. This is an issue both thinking about environment, but also as far as cost for me as I believe we could have saved at least a dozen of boxes in volume of the container.

It was particularly difficult to have clarity on the delays once the maritime part of the voyage had been finished. It was clear that the connection with the third party in Kenya were unfamiliar. There was not sufficient transparency in explaining delays (waiting 6 days at a border post... twice...) . The practicalities of the move, delivery, unpacking etc... where definitely good. Burundian staff were quick, diligent and careful.
