I was working in the US for eleven years so moving back to the UK could have been quite daunting. Gosselin made the process very stress free. The advice offered around the forms submitted to HM Revenue & Customs was extremely helpful. - Collection was quick and staff helpful. - The whole process from start to finish was efficient. I always felt that there was someone available if I had a question. - Very helpful and informative. - A good company and good at what they do.

Die Auslieferungscrew war sehr gut und auch schnell. Ich finde einfach das das Backoffice von Hanseatic kundenfreundlicher sein könnte und auch mehr informieren sollte... Aber wie gesagt: die Auslieferung selbst war einwandfrei. - Bis auf die Kommunikation des Partners vor Ort alles hervorragend. Alles war auch gut verpackt - gesamthaft ging lediglich eine Teetasse kaputt, ansonsten war alles unbeschädigt angekommen. - Finde es immer noch sehr ungewohnt, dass dies nur über online Besichtigung gemacht wird. Aber die Person, welche das Telefonat durchgeführt hat, hat alles bestens gemacht. Ich würd einfach eine persönliche Besichtigung bevorzugen, deshalb gebe ich an dieser Stelle nur ein gut. - schnell und effizient

Friendly & motivated team - however, quite a large share of the belongings were forgotten to be loaded onto the lorry in the morning. Fortunately this was discovered at once and a second lorry arrived at noon. - Friendly, enthusiastic team - however, interesting to see the individual level of care taken when wrapping up the belongings. Team member wrapping kitchen ware was very careful, colleague packing belongings in lounge a bit less mindful (heavy items placed on top of other things, one lampshade deformed) - overall very good Interesting to note: We had two identical matresses to move. One was wrapped in paper, one was wrapped in plastic foil. The latter got damaged (torn) and there is a stain on the mattress cover. - All in all very good, but I would have appreciated a more proactive communication when I had not heard anything new for a few days, even though there were no news in the process (here the customs process).

Move One should have higher standards, no survey was done in Ethiopie before the packing even though it would have avoided some damages since better wrapping could have been planned. - Team was nice but packing was not satisfactory. No individual wrapping of items, no attention to the most fragile items (glass frame for instance).

- das Haushaltsgut ist schlecht gelagert und alles durcheinander - beim Import gab es Probleme welche hätten vermieden werden können (Auskunft der Botschaft) - wir wollten einige dringende Boxen vor unserem Einzug abholen. Obwohl vorher angemeldet, wurden die Boxen nicht bereitgestellt und es war dann nicht möglich diese sofort zu finden. LG Movers hat angeboten, die Boxen zu suchen und zu liefern. Später verlangen sie dann plötzlich USD 200 für eine seperate Lieferung.

There was a repeated communication issue with the local service provider. We have communicated in written to company in Switzerland with copy to the local service provider a delivery date feasable to us. This communication was initially ignored. We had to fiercly insist on that communication. Then on the desired delivery date, we were asked again if the delivery could be postponed once again.

The movers had to come twice with additional cost because the first time they were given the wrong information about no need for external elevator .The strong external elevaton was part of my agreement with Gosselin - Mr J.van Hamersveld performance was excellent since the beginning! - The belgian coordinator was very efficient! - My score is 8 because I had to pay for new tickets to Athens since the first date there was no moving and the second day available was the week after(on top of the additional cost for the second passage) - I have not unpacked the chest parts and the marble crate since the museum where they will go is still on works,I hope not to have any surprise! Anyway finally ,even with a bigger cost,the moving was well done and I would like to thank you!

But the traffic was not considered and no pre-visit of the storage location was done to better be prepared. It was all a bit rushed. - I think 30 days to claim any damage is too short when you have vacation planned right after the move.

Le déménagement a été effectué alors que le pays était en guerre et que Tel Aviv était la cible de tirs de roquettes / missiles. Malgré une situation très tendue, l'équipe de déménageurs était présente et a fait du très bon travail : bonne organisation, professionalisme dans l'emballage. Cela doit absolument être souligné. D'autre part, le patron d'Ocean suivait de près le déménagement et a rendu visite lors de l'emballage. Vraie communication avec Ocean, société très réactive. Une remarque : je constate que les cartons étaient moins épais et de moins bonne qualité que lors de mon précédent déménagement. Comparaison possible également avec déménagement que j'ai fait le 19 août de mon pied à terre à Bruxelles vers mon nouvel appartement. - Je crois comprendre qu'il s'agit de la fiche technique éffectuée lors de l'évaluation du volume. Le commercial qui est venu à la maison était professionnel et consciencieux. Il a fait une fiche technique claire. Il y a eu ensuite une autre fiche technique moins claire ne correspondant pas au déménagement. Tout s'est néanmoins réglé après quelques échanges de messages. - Très bon travail. Equipe professionnelle et travaillant de façon organisée et courageuse, à un rythme soutenu, sans perte de temps. Impressionnant. - Excellente expérience. - Oui, mais je souhaiterais que mon nom entier ne figure pas.

Only one person was sent at the pick up location with no packing material or packing experience. We had to buy the material and pack the goods on our own. Also the person was supportive but he was not familiar with France. He did not speak either french or english. Very difficult to communicate. The appointment was between 10 am to 2 pm. He arrived at 3 pm. - The response from Bert was good. However, the coordination with the France team could have been better.
