le point problématique était les instructions données à l'équipe concernant le service à l'arrivée et le temps dont ils disposaient. il a fallu une renégociation pour obtenir ce qui me semblait clair dès le début - aucune erreur malgré la complexité des 3 destinations.

Great team. - My first move internationally with a moving company. The sale representative (Steven Molloy) was very understanding and patient. - Dominique was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly. - Agnieszka and the team on the ground were very good. - But I am more than happy to recommend Gosselin to my friends/acquaintances. Gosselin did a great job to "distress" the moving process.

Very good, i don't have any issues with them - John has given a seamless service to me. The data gathering process was simple and easy. - I appreciate that he consistently provides proactive updates about my shipment. He also acted extra miles on giving me a solution that helped my relocation. - Please do so. - They packed the items very well, so I didn't encounter many damages. However, they didn't arrive on time.

Again friendly, correct, swift. - Again friendly professionals, impressive tetris in the boxes. No communication between Italian service coordinator and drivers (lack of coordinates of delivery place, no English speaking in case the Italian team was informed that I wont't be able to be on place of delivery, instead of me were person speaking English) - For the Polish part of my move it was organised perfectly.

Andrea Cardelli was very professional, kind, precise and quick to respond to our needs - From the first contact we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness, professionalism, availability and humanity of Mrs. Ileana Bonfardeci and then continued with the coordination of Mr. Andrea Cardelli carried out with precision, professionalism and continuous updates on our transfer - The delivery was made by three very young boys, the oldest of whom was 19 years old, who didn't even know the bed existed or that it had to be assembled by them.

Dropped the ball on the final step but happy overall. - Good service and communication but the unpacking staff did not unrap any of the furniture and did not assemble the dining table as they could not find the screws and connectors.

Service was good, although the container only arrived at the warehouse around 1.5 hours after the time that was communicated. - See comments above regarding shipment route. - Clear communication and proactive follow-up with both client and local partner. - Not "very good" due to the time it took for shipping to be completed - I believe the route could have been rationalised.

Very happy with the crew but they were not enough for the packing days. They promised wall damages will be fixes. We are looking for that... Overall, good team, nice and smily people. - Good but one of the crew members made a lot of damages on the stair walls. Only one of the 7 made 90% of the damages. - Crew was Great and nice but not enough people for the task. - I put fair, but I do not know, I had no one from sales to talk to...

Upon arrival at our residence, Grace Removals immediately realized that their truck was too heavy to navigate to the top where our garage was located. Consequently, they promptly arranged for a smaller truck to be dispatched from a location nearly two hours away. The team efficiently transferred the items from the large truck to the smaller one and successfully reached the garage, unloading all belongings flawlessly. Their professionalism and dedication to the task at hand were truly commendable. - Maaike consistently provides us with timely updates on the progress of our shipments. Extremely professional! - I was kept informed throughout the entire process, from the initial stages to the final delivery. The companies provided guidance every step of the way, resulting in a highly satisfying experience.

Guys at origin were great but I have a suggestion/complain about the process of the inventory: it's not detailed enough. In our case (just deliver the boxes) it would have been massively important to have a detailed inventory (ie with the content of each box) to speed up the checks (for insurance) and/or to find items quickly. An example: one box labelled "Pans/Kitchen" did not contain anything related to Pans or Kitchen items but contained one important (and insured) item. If possible think about how to "snapshot" the content of each box in a digital inventory for the customer to use at destination.

I have to say that I am not sure if the miscommunication was more related to my place of work or from World Wide Movers. Anyway. I needed specific documents for import which I partly did not have. It would be better to know the requirements before sending the goods. The people driving the truck and doing the actual delivery were very good.

Jill was very proactive and always available to answer questions. Very professional handling. - You may only use my initials. - / - Move One needs to be more proactive in terms of keeping the client informed of the status of the shipment. I only received (partial) info after inquiring. - Very glad with communications and packing. - Olivier did a good job in preparing the fill, although we never discussed the option of increasing the volume of the air shipment - this was presented as a factual limit whereas colleauges tell me they had more air shippent volume.

Packing was very fast with one staff member but when unpacking it turned out it was messy. Some things were not packed but as a whole wrapped in paper. Labelling on boxes was general, so we had to open all boxes to find what we were looking for. When we moved from Belgium to Australia with Gosselin, job was very well done.

Contrary to our instructions and repeated advice during the move, they packed goods that should not move. They also packed with soft material goods that had to be packed in hard material ex. hand painted lampshade of high value that should be packed carrefully in a hard pack and as a consequence it was seriously dammaged - Flexible, easy to contact, friendly, efficient

Very hard to get in contact with the Brisbane branch from Grace, or to get updates about the customs clearance and when delivery in Canberra was scheduled. The Canberra branch from Grace however was great to deal with and very helpful.

My overall experience with the move was great. From beginning to end the customer service I’m Italy and Canada were above and beyond. I would also like to acknowledge the professionalism of both the packers in Rome and the gentlemen who delivered my items I’m Toronto. Both crews were excellent. - Excellent customer service. Always available to answer all my questions. The delivery crew was punctual, polite and courteous. - Excellent customer service. Very professional, polite and always available to help including the packing crew in Rome.

The duration between receiving the items and delivery is quite long. - They put extra efforts for me. - They worked very carefully. - Arjan was very attentive. It was a big move for me from Paris to Charlottesville, Virginia. He organized it well with estimation.

Contrairement à l'autre prestataire identifié par Danone, la personne qui s'est occupée de la visite technique a pris le temps de visiter la maison, et de noter les biens à déménager. - L'emballage des biens a été réalisé de façon très professionnelle et en temps record. Une légère frustration par rapport aux informations "contradictoires" fournies quant au timing d'expedition. Lors de la visite technique, il nous a été indiqué que le déménagement avion arriverait sous 15 jours environ. Lors du déménagement, nous avons été mis en garde sur le fait d'anticiper un mois pour la livraison - avec un impact sur ce que nous avons pu emmener. In fine, le déménagement est arrivé à peine 8 jours après notre arrivée en France... 2eme point d'interrogation : il était clair que la société ne voulait prendre aucun risque concernant l'importation de denrées alimentaires - alors que le format standard de la packing list mentionne clairement les produits alimentaires. Nous avons perdu une opportunité importante. - Seul le déménagement avion a été livré à ce jour - tout était parfait. A confirmer à la livraison du déménagement bateau.

Would definitely recommend. - The dispatch team was not informed of the earlier mentioned availabilities and rescheduled the delivery without communicatin. - No remarks on the pick-up at all. More support during the completion of the paperwork would be appreciated. - Friendly and supportive person, great! - Strange to be communicating in both English and Dutch with the same person. Also regrett the confusion about place on the vessel compared to earlier communication with sales representative.

Ich werde ihre Firma gerne weiter empfehlen - Leute waren nett und hilfsbereit. Zwei Möbelstücke würden beschädigt und ein ceramic Teller zerbrochen. - Gemäss separatem email - - Ich war sehr enttäuscht dass alles so langsam ging obwohl ich schon von den USA die Spedition eingeleitet hatte da ich nur für 2 Wochen in der Schweiz sein konnte. Oft wurden meineTelefonanrufe nicht beantwortet und mir auch nicht zurück gerufen. Ich war nur für 2 Wochen in der Schweiz und musste persönlich in ihr Büro kommen um die Papiere zu unterschreiben (6 Stunden mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln!) Da niemand dort die Unterlagen via computer schicken konnte und es unmöglich gewesen wäre das per Post in nützlicher Zeit zu erledigen. Das war ein unnötiger Stress und Zeitverlust! - Massimo Calabrese ist sehr gut informiert, hilfreich und hat mir sehr geholfen mit seinem Wissen und den schnellen Antworten! Er ist sehr höflich und optimistisch und hat immer sofort auf meine E-Mail geantwortet. Vielen Dank!!
