Il n'a pas eu de visite technique du fait que les effets à déménager étant neufs,une partie à été livrée à Deurne par IKEA et l'autre partie a été enlevée par GOSSELIN MOBILITY NV chez HIPPO et d'un stock. Par contre ,le contact a été excellent avec Tonnie De Coninck par mail. - Vu que ce sont des effets neufs,ils on été livrés pour une partie à Deurne et l'autre parie enlevée par GOSSELIN MOBILITY NV

Thanks a lot to Ivan for his extremely helpful and hand-on support in arranging the logistics process for my personal items from Vienna to Belgrade. Ivan was very responsive to my needs and requests, provided valuable advise and perfectly coordinated the whole move process. - This is already the second time I'm using the services of Gosselin for supporting me with the move process. Both times I had a great experience with the customers service, sales and logistical/packing teams and was very much impressed with the level of client service, accuracy, quality and professionalism of the teams.

Les déménageurs étaient tous polis, respectueux et ponctuels. Hygiène personnelle un peu décevante en pensant qu'ils emballent vaisselle, linges, lit, etc .(lavage de mains au minimum...). Plusieurs objets cassés ou endommagés, mais ce ne sont pas de grandes valeurs. La réaction de Gosselin a été immédiate et professionnelle. Démontage et remontage pas par les mêmes déménageurs, ce qui a conduit à des erreurs lors du remontage des pieds de meubles et une perte de temps puisqu'il a fallu tout redémonter (il manquait un pied sur un meuble et on m'a suggéré d'acheter une cale pour combler cela. Alors qu'il s'agissait en fait des pieds d'un autre meuble et que le total était au final). Je n'avais pas pris de photo des pieds de meuble mais j'aurais du car cela aurait aider (peut s'avérer utile de le recommander aux clients pour aider le personnel).

Overall good service and I am satisfied. 2 comments: large time gap between pick up of goods at home (16th of August) and actual shipping (18th of September). Would have been nice if that would have been done sooner. And second is that 1 item was damaged. But in order to get reimbursement I got a lengthy email with steps I have to take, expert advice I had to get etc etc. I know there is of course a particular bar you have to reach to be eligible for reimbursement but this was too much. So we did not bother anymore.

Good service globally. BCC was late with the administrative support which delayed the delivery. On the day of the delivery they were 1 hour in advance than announced, which was a nice surprise. They could have left my place in a cleaner stage but I managed. - The pick up in 2 different places was very efficient. The removal teams were fantastic. The Gosselin representative arrived on my place on the date of the removal after the removers left. Hence, this visit (which was not announced) was not relevant.

The coordination with Jill was very much appreciated, especially since the move was not without setbacks, yet she managed to keep track of everything and expedite the move anyway. Small piece of advice: might be nice to inform clients on how the products will be delivered (example: in wooden crates per ship or paper boxes per plane) to take it into account for storage purposes. - Very good service, they were very careful and made sure all our affairs were packed accordingly.

efficient but unloaded all clothes on the bed in complete disorder/chaos. started to put the books and items on shelves by themselves without asking in what order - Good packing in general except for a few items which thus arrived damaged: a standing lamp (broke the screw holding it from the stand) and 2 lamp shades that were compressed in boxes and thus damaged. also mixed all wires in various boxes away from the appliances they were supposed to power thus making it difficult to find them when needed while unpacking. also the screws of several furniture can't be found anymore and can't thus be set up back

Overall I was very pleased with my move experience. The crew was pleasant, hardworking and moved our items quickly but also skillfully. They helpfully planned a move so that we could sleep in the new residence the first night and finish moving the items on the second day. My only complaint with the move was some scratching of the floor in the apartment we moved out of - Moserstrasse 33 which we noted in the move documentation.

Have moved many times and this was definitely one of our best experiences. Everything from the initial survey to the packing, the delivery, and the communication along the way was very good. Nice guys who made the whole process very smooth and treated all our items with care. - The crew that came out to pack up our household goods were very friendly and communicated well. Great packing team! - The container arrived, was cleared and items delivered in good time compared to other recent removals of colleagues. Planning, preparation and organisation was excellent. Het verhuisteam - van Poolse origine - kwam ruim anderhalf uur te laat aan in Hoeilaart. Dit kan gebeuren, maar ik verwacht een verwittiging vanwege GOSSELIN zelf in dit geval. Het team heeft me gebeld met een Pools nummer, dat neem ik niet op omdat ik dit nummer niet ken. - Vriendelijk team, prima op tijd, goed geholpen bij het uitalden van de goederen. - Heel tevreden, ik kon steeds op een vlotte en correcte opvolging rekenen. Waarvoor dank.

Very helpful, correct and efficient. - Original estimate turned out way too low -- packing and pick-up took 1,5 days in stead of 1 day. Some items were poorly packed and some glassware turned out to be broken at arrival. Some items that ware not supposed to be moved were packed (without consulting). Some kitchen machines were packed separately from their original packing (which was then also included separately -- empty!)

Goesselin performed very well. Only thing was that several smaller items very accidentally not packed in Tansania. However I appreciate very much that Goesselin was ready to cover the costs for the non packed items. - Some items were left behind so it seems no thorough check was done at the end of the move. - The performance of all staff was very good, there were just quite a lot of changes in staff I the last 2 months because of different absences. But overall the replacement worked smoothly.

Continuous supervision. - Extremely punctual and reliable on site. - Extremely punctual and reliable on site. The packing and loading service was absolutely prudent, the staff ensured an overall excellent process. - Information about the removal process and the handling on site often only came upon request. As the conditions on site had not been inspected beforehand, there were problems with the arrival and unloading of 3 vehicles. Unfortunately, only 3 people were assigned to the move, but they did their best to make the move appear successful in the end. We would like to express our appreciation for the service and performance of these three Georgian employees and their 4th colleague who came to help at the end ! - Realistic planning.

Good team ,excellent service in general ...they were prepare for the heavy piece and did a very good job unpacking and placing items . - Overall excellent ,but 3 personnes for a 250kg piece was "light" , good that we got some help from city worhers ... - I hesitated between Good and Very Good ,some misses in communication went for good but still I am very happy in general
