We are extremely happy with the provided services, and we would definitely recomment Gosselin to anyone who would ask us for a moving company. We wont hesitate a second to contact you again for our next relocation as well :) - The team of two was also very efficient, everything happened under 2.5 hours, and the well organized packing in warsaw reflected on the unpacking in the appropriate rooms in the new flat. - Very efficient team, worked quietly with precision and well led, provide the best packing. - Pawel was precise and knowledgeable, bullseyes on the amount of boxes we would have and the price. We're very happy. - He was very professional and organized, would recommend him 100%

The crew from Norco (Aires) was great. They were upbeat, helpful, and moved everything in so quickly. - The Gosselin crew was very efficient and worked really hard. They were super careful with everything and pleasant to be with. - Steven Molloy was very helpful doing the surveys and carefully explaining the process. He was very patient with these first timers. - Dominique was a great help and excellent communicator.

Fast answers - A bit over the top in terms of packing, even the tea carton boxes were protected. - The bed was not build back the best way, they were very busy that day and didn't have a lot of time thus rushing things

Il y a eu un problème, mais qui a causé de nombreux désagréments: la date d'arrivée du camion, qui a été reportée deux fois, ce qui m'a obligé à changer deux fois mes billets d'avion. Lors d'une de ces circonstances, Gosselin a oublié d'informer son équipe suisse, qui s'est déplacée pour rien. En revanche, je n'ai que des louanges pour l'équipe sur place, qui s'est avérée très professionnelle, serviable et agréable.

I was a little uneasy with how some items were packed and how the goods were braced in the container. (The bracing boards did not seem secure, and one cracked while they were hammering it in place) - The on-the-spot repairs of damaged furniture was not effective. (A moulding board was re-attached incorrectly on one piece and did not hold up on another.)

The team here in the USA arrived, delivered the shipment and put the furniture back together in a timely manner, they were able to get everything done in a few short hours and made every effort to make sure we were satisfied. - Arjan has been helpful and has kept me up to date on what was occuring at all moments of the move. - The team that came to France and packed me out were hard working, courteous and got everything taken care of in a timely fashion.

One of the packer ignored all stickers that labeled all the lockers and storage points, so by moving into the new location a superconfusion happened and the movers had to reshuffel a lot of wrong boxes. From the roof back to the cellar, from the master bed room to the roof etc...

Gosselin and its associates communicated the entire packing and moving process extremely clearly. They helped us navigate using our own containers, packing and insurance of potentially breakable items, and navigation of export/import processes. I highly recommend their relocation services. - Very efficient! - Professional! - I appreciated the regular email communications from Andrea regarding the status of our delivery.

overall was quite good. - the survey was very good but some of the promises were not maintained. We agreed for a direct delivery and ended up to be with an intermediate stop in a storage in Italy. At the end there were not damages but an agreement is an agreement.

We had an incident with air freight where a carton came into contact with water and mould formed, most likely due to improper handling. Otherwise, the content of the container arrived in good condition. - It was greatly appreciated that Mr Erdmann regularly enquired about the status of matters during the process.

Generally, the period of shipping from Beira (port) to final destination (Harare) and predictability of final delivery date was unclear, which required significant short-term flexibility from our side to free time for when the truck actually arrived. Had confirmation the day before only. Improving this would help.

The movers were friendly and professional - The movers were very thorough and gentle with our household goods. - Cristian was very responsive and patient. We had a technical issue with the pdf form (it does not save and and email), and he helped to resolve this issue - The whole process was very smooth, very professional and all collaborators were highly responsive

I highly recommend them for moving. - Whilst there were no problems with delivery and receipt of shipment, the lead up to the arrival of the shipment could be managed better. The customer had to follow up on updates, the arrival date of container kept changing, etc. Communication was an issue. - Very professional, on time and showed flexibility with customer's needs - all communications were done online/telephone.

Overall a good service, thank you very much! - the guys were helpful and careful in unloading and unpacking. - Labeling was a problem. I know English is not a core language but if there is doubt then the boxes should be written in Italian so that we know what is inside. It was clear that a random labeling was used on a number of boxes based on known English words. - Ileana was extremely good and helpful. - Always communicative and informative.

Bruelles: l'emballage était parfois un peu rapide et certains objets étaient cassés à l'arrivée (4 verres et 1 assiette). Bösingen: la visite du 13 juillet au garde-meuble était mal préparée/coordonnée à l'interne (Gosselin) et l'un des collaborateurs s'est manifestement montré impatient d'en finir. - Mme Betis-Cosson a été très professionnelle. J'ai apprécié l'écoute et la prise en compte de mes demandes, tout comme le suivi du début à la fin de la prise en charge. Collaboration agréable, merci!

Excellent service, Antoine was super helpful, guiding me all along the process and very reactive. - Main feedback is on the organization of the cartons. 1) The naming on the cartons was often not related to the objects put inside (hence we misplaced few cartons during the destination unpacking) 2) We found different pieces of the same element in different cartons (e.g. the bed legs support & screws in a living room carton, or the remote control of the television not in with the TV support carton). 3) Also the leather cushions of the sofa were crushed in small cartons (very wrinkled). - Fantastic team! Helpful, attentive to details, taking care of the goods when moving them. Best moving team I have worked with :) - Excellent service, Maciej was always on top and replying very fast to my emails and questions. Very agile and accommodating to the changes.

A couple of items sustained some damage during transport. I will put in a claim for the necessary repairs to be done. Il n'a pas eu de visite technique du fait que les effets à déménager étant neufs,une partie à été livrée à Deurne par IKEA et l'autre partie a été enlevée par GOSSELIN MOBILITY NV chez HIPPO et d'un stock. Par contre ,le contact a été excellent avec Tonnie De Coninck par mail. - Vu que ce sont des effets neufs,ils on été livrés pour une partie à Deurne et l'autre parie enlevée par GOSSELIN MOBILITY NV

Thanks a lot to Ivan for his extremely helpful and hand-on support in arranging the logistics process for my personal items from Vienna to Belgrade. Ivan was very responsive to my needs and requests, provided valuable advise and perfectly coordinated the whole move process. - This is already the second time I'm using the services of Gosselin for supporting me with the move process. Both times I had a great experience with the customers service, sales and logistical/packing teams and was very much impressed with the level of client service, accuracy, quality and professionalism of the teams.

Les déménageurs étaient tous polis, respectueux et ponctuels. Hygiène personnelle un peu décevante en pensant qu'ils emballent vaisselle, linges, lit, etc .(lavage de mains au minimum...). Plusieurs objets cassés ou endommagés, mais ce ne sont pas de grandes valeurs. La réaction de Gosselin a été immédiate et professionnelle. Démontage et remontage pas par les mêmes déménageurs, ce qui a conduit à des erreurs lors du remontage des pieds de meubles et une perte de temps puisqu'il a fallu tout redémonter (il manquait un pied sur un meuble et on m'a suggéré d'acheter une cale pour combler cela. Alors qu'il s'agissait en fait des pieds d'un autre meuble et que le total était au final). Je n'avais pas pris de photo des pieds de meuble mais j'aurais du car cela aurait aider (peut s'avérer utile de le recommander aux clients pour aider le personnel).

Overall good service and I am satisfied. 2 comments: large time gap between pick up of goods at home (16th of August) and actual shipping (18th of September). Would have been nice if that would have been done sooner. And second is that 1 item was damaged. But in order to get reimbursement I got a lengthy email with steps I have to take, expert advice I had to get etc etc. I know there is of course a particular bar you have to reach to be eligible for reimbursement but this was too much. So we did not bother anymore.
