It was indeed pretty good, but there where so many questions in advance regarding the location at final destiny, which in my opinion the moving company contacted in Norway should have enquired by themselves instead of bothering me or the Embassy. - She took responsibility for my goods very efficiently - I don't understand what you mean with "during the survey"

Impressive and well handled, though we have not unbox some of the boxes, i can say all that have been unboxed were carefully handled and transported. The pick-off and drop-off were stress-free and wonderful. Kudos to the team. There was my assumption of a late arrival of the items but listening to Sara Piselli on the subject improved my understanding. The items were then delivered as agreed, in addition, i got a credit note gift. I will recommend GOSSELIN at any time for cross country move, thanks. - That was a wonderful experience, though she did not give me the discount i asked for (Laugh - that was on a lighter note). - Highly recommended - Andrea was very cordial and professional. He/She responds to enquiries and provide guidelines when asked. At a point, there was a breakdown in communication as to the status of my item whether i need a ToR or not. Not until i asked before approval for my ToR exclusion was gotten. Probably it would have taken a longer time if i had not asked. Better communication on show-stoppers should be handled more urgently. Above it all, i appreciate Andrea for all the support

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob hier von Gosselin oder SIT die Rede ist. - Siehe vorherige Kommentare - Die beiden Mitarbeitenden haben sehr gut gearbeitet. Allerdings war ich erstaunt, dass nur gerade 2 Personen den ganzen Entlad und das Auspacken erledigen müssen. Wir haben so gut es ging geholfen, eine zusätzliche Person würde hier sicher entlasten. - Tolles Team, pünktlich, gut organisiert, sehr gut eingepackt. - Herr Erdmann hat sich immer wieder nach dem Stand der Dinge erkundigt und seine Hilfe angeboten, sofern gewünscht und nötig.

The attitude and service was excellent. The workers were great! I would strongly advice to equip your personnel with forklift (palletwagen) to maken their work more efficient. - Service 10, equipment 8 - The service was excellent! Overall, it was a seemless and wonderful experience have been moved by Gosselin! - I was not informed that e bike is not allowed to be transported. In the material I got there was a possibility to take a bike, but it was not specified that ebikes are forbitten to take. My bike accessories (helmet, locker) have been already packed and in the end I got know that e bike is not allowed to be transported which had an influence for my further plans.

My belongings were moved with care and in accordance with the advertised timeline. Everything arrived on time, nothing was broken nor lost. The teams both in Belgium and in Phoenix did a great job disassembling then reassembling all the required furniture.

Impressed with Gosselin and Boonma's professionalism, excellent customer care and service. I'm keeping their contact numbers for future reference and will even recommend to friends and family. - Timely and friendly delivery! I truly appreciate their flexibility in delivering the items with such short notice. Many thanks! - The initial survey and especially the packing went extremely well! The items were very well packed, maximising space, well protected and clearly labeled. Granted I didn't have a ton of stuff but they were quick and were able to finish in one day. Very impressed! - Emilie was superb! She kept constant contact and made it her personal mission to get my personal items shipped from Bangkok to Geneva in time for my wedding. Without her help, we would not have had the things to make our decorations and giveaways. Thank you so much, Emilie!

MoveOne does not provide any service in Djibouti but sub contracts to Ougoul Transit. It took them ten days to arrange transfer of the container from the harbor to my place, and there was obviously more furniture to be assembled than what they had expected. There is room for improvement of communication at least! Everything went OK with the Ougoul team. I eventually got all my stuff in good shape, and they turned out to be very helpful.

I would have preferred a representative from Gosselin for the surveying at the beginning (like in the past Mr. Premereur). It became obvious that the subcontractor did not have the full picture and was not from Gosselin. Before Mr. Boiko took over, I sometimes did not feel fully accompanied in the early stage of the removal planning and the service was not personalised as such. However, my overall impression is good and I know that Gosselin is a huge company. - good service and management of the overall removal process which included also warehouse handling - see Nr. 4 - I am a civil servant and prefer my name not to be published. However, I regularly do mouth to ear promotion for Gosselin in my organisation. I have moved several times already and will continue to choose Gosselin in future. - very timely reaction to questions and issues, good knowledge of the removal process and its different elements which need to be combined.

Mary was communicating with us every step of the way. The delivery people were quick and able to organize the storage container so that everything fit. - Again, very responsive and transparent when it came down to costs, paperwork, and volume of material covered. - She was very responsive and understanding when unexpected things popped up on our end. She organized the pickup and delivery quickly and updated us periodically when the shipment was in transit.

Friendly and helpful staff. - It was quite difficult to read their writing on the inventory and the boxes. In some boxes we had mixed items as wel from the kitchen, the office… On the other hand the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly.

Some items are missing in our shipment, for which we issued our claims on the day of the move (July21st). Even though this might be the fault of the subcontractor of Gosselin, this affected our overall feeling. - Some items not installed properly, like the couch in the guest room or the dining table (some scres left behind etc). Other than that, the team was really hardworking.

Communication about delivery day was bad. They did not come on day as arranged. When they did come, they arrived without warning. Overall communication with delivery driver was very poor. - Very friendly, on time. Very efficient.

The team was really fast - Some things were poorly packed and damaged, some things that should have stayed in Mexico were packed (we made clear what shouldn't have been packed) And some stuff was hidden/packed in other furniture - Overall good, only the communication when we were still in Mexico was not optimal due to the time difference

Overall, it was a good experience and, if necessary I would use them again. - The liaison prior to the delivery was good although I did seem to be asked questions that should not have been required as the answers had already been given. The additional fee of 240 EUR for the moving of my jukebox was not earnt as no extra work was required to move it. It was wheeled to the lift, and wheeled out of the lift. Other than that the handlers did a good job. I still do not understand why I had to pay an extra 60 EUR for storage at the docks something which I had no control of. - This would have been excellent if they had met their 4 - 6 weeks estimate. The prior removal service was excellent, and the actual day of packing my belongings and removal of it was well orchestrated. The handlers of both my juke box and the remaining belongings was first class. - He was always available to answer questions as to the move, giving frank and honest answers. Therefore, I always felt well supported. However, he did forget my change of e-mail address to mickhughes534@gmail.com which meant this survey was delayed.

Very helpful staff from start to finish with fair pricing. - The delivery crew was on time and worked quickly but carefully. - I was not entirely satisfied with the repacking: all clothing items were rolled into large bag formats and the rearranging/mixing of household items in different packaging wasn't helpful either. - Anka has been very helpful, and she always responded promptly and followed up on the things to do.
