My experience with Gosselin was generally really good. The only reason why I will not give a 10, is that there was some damage to our wall when removing one of the paintings. Other than that, the experience was really good and I will recommend Gosselin to my friends and colleagues. - Emilie was an excellent coordinator and made the whole process seamless. It was a pleasure working with her.

Gosselin helped as good as they could. Even though we did this short notice. They adapted to our situation and were understanding. Would recommend. - Very satisfied with the move. one small point is that some required documents and info came late. I know we did this short notice and we are gratefull you all adapted to the situation but most of there requirements or info could've been asked/sent right after signing the quote. - Same 2 movers as in Belgium. Clean quick and with care. - The 2 movers were kind, fast and clean. They handled everything with the expected care. - Clear, quick and understanding. - The little communication we had was ok.

Les équipes de livraison étaient très prises, et leur disponibilité ne correspondait pas aux disponibilités de l’espace camion de la tour d’habitation où nous emménageons. I was not there in person, but when everything arrived it seemed to be very well packed. - Several times it was not clear what was happening. A time was suggested, but then it was not confirmed when she said it would be. It would have been better to say "I will confirm in the next couple of days" or "as soon as I can", rather than promise "I will confirm tomorrow" and then hear nothing.

Some bad decisions were made by the staff when packing - see above. - Staff was nice and professional, took care of items and did not cause any damage. - Professional team and things were well packed, BUT: - a heavy metal trolley was placed inside a fragile wooden cabinet; luckily there was no major damage, but one wood stud did get broken. In any case, it was a terrible idea. - We had bought a new mattress (>2,000€). We repeatedly said to the crew that manufacturer’s recommendation was to make it travel horizontally, above the rest of the boxes. Staff placed the mattress horizontally, but below 3 layers of heavy boxes. It is difficult to assess if that has caused any damage, but clearly the staff nodded and did the total opposite once we turned our back. - The finishing fabric on the down side of one of the pieces of sofa was torn apart. (see photos) - Very professional. - Excellent contact. Jill was very helpful and responsive. Always answered very quickly to all questions and requests.

We are happy with the packaging of our belongings however our things arrived about 1 month later than we were originally informed that they would which was inconvenient and has led to us having additional costs. - Worked efficiently and were very polite. All of the boxes and packaging were taken away with them. Smooth move in. - The movers were efficient and packed everything in very well. None of our belongings were broken. One wall in our home was damaged by the movers however the company was very quick in finding a solution (handyman to repair).

Planning was not good, initially planned for 1 day in Christmas eve, which was clear would not be possible, the team stayed until 19:30 in Christmas eve and only managed to put all boxes inside the house/garage (mostly garage). After some arguments it was agreed to schedule another day to finish the job. - Very well organized, team took its time to do the packaging and crew was very friendly. Only suggestion would be to be more conscious about paper wrapping, unpacking the boxes was clear to us that too much paper wrapping was used. This is an issue both thinking about environment, but also as far as cost for me as I believe we could have saved at least a dozen of boxes in volume of the container.

It was particularly difficult to have clarity on the delays once the maritime part of the voyage had been finished. It was clear that the connection with the third party in Kenya were unfamiliar. There was not sufficient transparency in explaining delays (waiting 6 days at a border post... twice...) . The practicalities of the move, delivery, unpacking etc... where definitely good. Burundian staff were quick, diligent and careful.

Quick, nice, polite, clear - Overall, very good service. Just one question: a colleague who left Switzerland one month after me, received her goods the week before... I do understand, thanks to the professional answers and explanation from Ms. Emilie Bettis Cosson, that shipping is not “a linear science” and to join two dots sometime you have to go through other hubs. But the big-time difference (almost six weeks) between my colleague’s stuff transport and mine, surprised me. But again, overall very satisfied. - I definitely prefer NOTto share my personal data.

Very pleased with Gosselin's service. We did have to submit a claim for a missing chair, but Rasa and team patiently and professionally got us through the claim process. - Rasa was amazing to work with, was extremely flexible in accommodating our requested dates, and responsive to answering all our questions and concerns. - This was a smooth and seamless process. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and expertly walked me through the survey process.

Fast and professional. The only minor comment we can give is about the list of items in the inventaris and on the boxes, which was a bit vague and inaccurate (for instance on clothes boxes it said bags, or on personal hygien stuff, shampoos and so on, it said cleaning products, and all furniture were written as cupboards) which made it a little more complicated to assign the boxes to the right room upon arrival to open all and move in. But it all went well, so it is really a minor comment for improvement. - Very good service, almost everything arrived in perfect state. - Very helpful, responsive and ready to assist and explain all the steps. - Estimation of cubic metre was not too accurate as we took less items than planned but occupied more cubic metres.

He was extremely helpful and professional, also being very helpful to adapt to my situation and patient until I finalized the move details - The crew led by Mr Mircea Alexe and the move coordinator Daniel Turcanu were extremely professional, very caring attitude, attention to details. They went the extra mile to advice me on the import documents needed, to help talking with the concierge on the move day, and to pack all items with extra care. - Emilie was very professional in handling the move matters, and everything went on as per the process. I would have appreciated a bit more responsiveness in preparing the move, and I know for next time that the Swiss agency should fully handle the parking talks with the concierge in advance of the packing day (it proved more troublesome than I thought, despite the building having a court suitable for the parking of moving trucks - but with me and the moving crew we finally handled how to park the cars on the packing day).

Quite a few misunderstandings around what goes where - and a few of my things were thrown away due to a misunderstanding. team should courage every damage to be photographed to insert smooth insurance claim processes - Piano was not packed very well, no thought was given as to how the piano is going to reach from the truck into the apartment. The local company had to prepare it for transport within the building.

J'ai apprécié la rapidité dont elle a traité mes demandes par e-mail ainsi que sa disponibilité - Ils étaient très pressés, on fait le déménagement très rapidement ce qui a provoqué quelques dégât sur mes biens. Cependant, la personne qui s'occupait de gérer l'arrivée des cartons et de surveiller que le déménagement se passe bien était professionnel et j'ai apprécié cela. - Je n'ai pas déménagé depuis la Suisse mais depuis Berlin. J'ai trouvé les déménageurs sympas.Ils ont fait en sorte de réduire le nombre de cartons en essayant au maximum de les remplir pour gagner de la place car je leur ai dit que j'avais déjà atteint la limite lors de mon déménagement depuis la Suisse.
