Since there was multiple parties I had to refill the same form over and over. My last move overseas with another moving company, everything was coordinated by 1 moving company. That has become my expectation with Gosselin. Overall, it was a good experience but could have been smoother!

Overall I am happy with the move. Items arrived within expected timeframe, both packers and delivery guys were on time and worked efficiently. My only complaint is that volume measuring was unclear. I was quoted based on visual survey and wasn't updated on actual volume.

Communication throughout the process could be improved upon, with both customer and partners who fulfill the move at origin. Staff at destination was helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing was competitive overall.

It is so comforting to know there is a company that cares as much about my move as I do. - I usually hate giving the highest rating because there is usually always room for improvement. With this move, however, I have literally no complaints! The entire process was professional, friendly, courteous, and personal. I really appreciated the efforts of everyone who worked with me. Thank you!! - I am so pleased with the service provided that I have engaged them for a second shipment from the US to Germany. - Both men who packed my belongings were professional and courteous. And now that I have unpacked everything, I can report that everything made it without damage! - I received the best service throughout the process. They were even able to come in under the original bid based on earlier estimations, which was extremely helpful. - Rasa was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond, communicating with me often because she knew I was nervous about the move. She took the time to answer all of my questions and alleviate my fears.

I think the service, the communication, and the people involved were all professionals and did a great job. - Once again, no complaints and nothing else that I could say could have been done better that I'm aware of. - Again, nothing but good things to say about the process and the people involved. - Again, I felt at every stage of this there was responsiveness, pro-activeness, and professionalism throughout. - I felt like this was the most professional moving company I've ever been a part of, and I've moved countries multiple times.

Perfect, he even came to see if all was going on well during the packing phase. - Great Team, very supportive, listening to all requirrements, taking care of items and how they carry things in corridors and stairs. - A team of 2 vs 5 to load is small. They had to make double efforts. But very helpful and efficient - All went very well, really above past experience even with Gosselin...

We signed a contract with Gosselin and had the strong impression they would accompany us to the final destination. In the event the move was outsourced almost entirely to Britannia. We were very happy with Britannia but would have preferred to have more clarity from the outset. - Highly proactive, helped us fulfill the formalities very well.

Pas de visite technique car petit volume. - Les effets ont été emballés avec précaution. Les déménageurs étaient à l’heure. Tout a été très bien géré. - Le déménageur a prévenu de son arrivée 2h avant puis 30 mns avant comme demandé. Efficacité de la livraison. - Mme Futi a tout mis en oeuvre pour gérer au mieux le déménagement d’un petit volume, avec efficacité, engagement et respect. - Le commercial s’est engagé rapidement sur une proposition pour un petit volume et ce n’était pas si simple que cela. Grâce à l’action de Mme Futi, on a pu trouver une solution. Le prix de la prestation reste élevée, surtout compte tenu d’ajustements qui ont du être faits.

Auch hier war der Kontakt mehr als zufriedenstellend! Sobald der Container ankam wurden wir sofort informiert. Der Kontakt zu Candice Karsten war super nett und auch sie hat sehr schnell reagiert und den Liefertrupp just in time zu uns geschickt. - Die Jungs vom Einpackservice waren super! Schnell, gewissenhaft, gründlich und vor allem sehr nett! - Frau Gunkel ist einfach spitze! Sie hat an alles gedacht, uns auf so viele Dinge aufmerksam gemacht und war trotz starker Erkältung und Fieber immer für uns da! Was für ein Einsatz!

Ils n'ont pas tout à fait suivi nos demandes d'utiliser des cartons plus petits et d'y mettre le contenu d'un seul tiroir ou à défaut un deuxième, séparé par du papier pour faciliter le deballage - Ils n'ont pas eu le temps de tout déballer comme prévu. - C'est la 4ème fois que j'utilise Gosselin pour les déménagements. Ils sont très pros, mais parfois les équipes sur place n'écoute pas le client assez. Aussi je pense qu'il aura fallu finalement 1 personne en plus pour pouvoir emballer et ensuite déballer à destination. Nous l'avons fait nous même finalement. - Ce sont de grands pros du déménagement. Sans hesitation une prochaine fois.

The rating would have been a 10 if the shipment was delivered as quoted/scheduled. - The delivery was good, but the shipment took two months longer than what we were told. - The shipment left Europe way too long. The shipment was supposed to go to NEW York, but it went to LA. The packers did a great job.

The Gosselin team took care of the move from Belgium to the USA. This included all my personal goods, a full garage worth of tools and my car. Both moving teams in Belgium and the USA did a fantastic job. They made sure to protect everything. Internal communication could have been a bit better and would have made the process even faster. In the end, everything arrived well without too much delay. The teams did a great job packing and unpacking, listening well to where everything had to go. The internal team also did a great job providing me with the after service of providing me with all the necessary documents to register my car. Overall would highly recommend and use Gosselin moving again! - Communication could have been better. I usually didn't receive any updates unless I asked for it. But all in all, the team did a great job.

The pick up and delivery both went incredibly smoothly! I had never used movers internationally before, and we really appreciated the seamless process. They did an excellent job packing and provided good advice on how to approach the move preparation. My only complaint is that the communication around timing, especially on the US side, was not proactive and I largely felt uncertain about the status of my shipment. I would have also appreciated a more transparent discussion about how long it might take for the ship to set sail from Europe.

Perhaps the week waiting for the delivery could have been less. Everything else was impeccable. I will use Gosselin again when moving in the future. - super responsive and proactive with great communication. She really made the move butter-smooth. Many thanks Maaike!! Perhaps one thing was arranging the delivery date, I gave a tentative date but we didn't start arranging delivery until two weeks later (when the date was confirmed), only to get the delivery arrive a week after said date; I feel like we could have done this in a more timely manner.

My move was a long process with a lot of uncertain points over two years including moving out from my family home, putting everything in storage for a year then finally moving my belongings to France. Everyone I was in contact with over this period of time was highly professional and helpful making this move a very positive experience. Thank you! - Delivery was perfect. They arrived on time, were quick, efficient and left a clean area after unpacking. They perfectly assembled furniture, placed them as I wanted even after trying several locations in the room. Thank you! - The crew who packed up my home in Budapest did an excellent job! They were quick, precise and their good spirit helped a lot in a difficult moment. The packing was impeccable. I had fragile, very heavy pieces of furniture and a lot of fragile items, china, glasses and artwork. In the boxes we have unpacked so far nothing had broken. Thank you for the whole crew and a special big thank you to Iván for his professionalism and kindness! - Zsolt Sarandi was very supportive, empathic and highly professional all the way through the long process of making my move from Budapest to France. He was prompt and efficient in responding to my needs including talking through the details of my situation from the first day we talked about my move.
