Pas de visite technique car petit volume. - Les effets ont été emballés avec précaution. Les déménageurs étaient à l’heure. Tout a été très bien géré. - Le déménageur a prévenu de son arrivée 2h avant puis 30 mns avant comme demandé. Efficacité de la livraison. - Mme Futi a tout mis en oeuvre pour gérer au mieux le déménagement d’un petit volume, avec efficacité, engagement et respect. - Le commercial s’est engagé rapidement sur une proposition pour un petit volume et ce n’était pas si simple que cela. Grâce à l’action de Mme Futi, on a pu trouver une solution. Le prix de la prestation reste élevée, surtout compte tenu d’ajustements qui ont du être faits.

Auch hier war der Kontakt mehr als zufriedenstellend! Sobald der Container ankam wurden wir sofort informiert. Der Kontakt zu Candice Karsten war super nett und auch sie hat sehr schnell reagiert und den Liefertrupp just in time zu uns geschickt. - Die Jungs vom Einpackservice waren super! Schnell, gewissenhaft, gründlich und vor allem sehr nett! - Frau Gunkel ist einfach spitze! Sie hat an alles gedacht, uns auf so viele Dinge aufmerksam gemacht und war trotz starker Erkältung und Fieber immer für uns da! Was für ein Einsatz!

Ils n'ont pas tout à fait suivi nos demandes d'utiliser des cartons plus petits et d'y mettre le contenu d'un seul tiroir ou à défaut un deuxième, séparé par du papier pour faciliter le deballage - Ils n'ont pas eu le temps de tout déballer comme prévu. - C'est la 4ème fois que j'utilise Gosselin pour les déménagements. Ils sont très pros, mais parfois les équipes sur place n'écoute pas le client assez. Aussi je pense qu'il aura fallu finalement 1 personne en plus pour pouvoir emballer et ensuite déballer à destination. Nous l'avons fait nous même finalement. - Ce sont de grands pros du déménagement. Sans hesitation une prochaine fois.

The rating would have been a 10 if the shipment was delivered as quoted/scheduled. - The delivery was good, but the shipment took two months longer than what we were told. - The shipment left Europe way too long. The shipment was supposed to go to NEW York, but it went to LA. The packers did a great job.

I was disappointed with the amount of damage our shipment recienved. It could have been prevented by better packing. - Tabea was amazing. She had all the answers, was very responsive and great to deal with.

The Gosselin team took care of the move from Belgium to the USA. This included all my personal goods, a full garage worth of tools and my car. Both moving teams in Belgium and the USA did a fantastic job. They made sure to protect everything. Internal communication could have been a bit better and would have made the process even faster. In the end, everything arrived well without too much delay. The teams did a great job packing and unpacking, listening well to where everything had to go. The internal team also did a great job providing me with the after service of providing me with all the necessary documents to register my car. Overall would highly recommend and use Gosselin moving again! - Communication could have been better. I usually didn't receive any updates unless I asked for it. But all in all, the team did a great job.

The pick up and delivery both went incredibly smoothly! I had never used movers internationally before, and we really appreciated the seamless process. They did an excellent job packing and provided good advice on how to approach the move preparation. My only complaint is that the communication around timing, especially on the US side, was not proactive and I largely felt uncertain about the status of my shipment. I would have also appreciated a more transparent discussion about how long it might take for the ship to set sail from Europe.

Perhaps the week waiting for the delivery could have been less. Everything else was impeccable. I will use Gosselin again when moving in the future. - super responsive and proactive with great communication. She really made the move butter-smooth. Many thanks Maaike!! Perhaps one thing was arranging the delivery date, I gave a tentative date but we didn't start arranging delivery until two weeks later (when the date was confirmed), only to get the delivery arrive a week after said date; I feel like we could have done this in a more timely manner.

My move was a long process with a lot of uncertain points over two years including moving out from my family home, putting everything in storage for a year then finally moving my belongings to France. Everyone I was in contact with over this period of time was highly professional and helpful making this move a very positive experience. Thank you! - Delivery was perfect. They arrived on time, were quick, efficient and left a clean area after unpacking. They perfectly assembled furniture, placed them as I wanted even after trying several locations in the room. Thank you! - The crew who packed up my home in Budapest did an excellent job! They were quick, precise and their good spirit helped a lot in a difficult moment. The packing was impeccable. I had fragile, very heavy pieces of furniture and a lot of fragile items, china, glasses and artwork. In the boxes we have unpacked so far nothing had broken. Thank you for the whole crew and a special big thank you to Iván for his professionalism and kindness! - Zsolt Sarandi was very supportive, empathic and highly professional all the way through the long process of making my move from Budapest to France. He was prompt and efficient in responding to my needs including talking through the details of my situation from the first day we talked about my move. He was a valuable support in a complex situation. Thank you very much! - Dora was responsive, kind and efficient in managing the entire process of my move, including the one-year long warehouse storage. MOVE ONE RELOCATIONS LLC forgot to take the keys of the padlocks to take my 3 trunks through customs at the airport so all 3 trunks got damaged .... Otherwise they were pretty good.

It was over the holidays, so it could have been confusing, but overall, good communication. BUT, I left specific delivery instructions ( 7 day warning) and that wasn’tprovided which then cost me many additional charges and costs( paying for street parking, a storage unit, fine for less than 7 day notice) - Great move team. Worked hard. Friendly - Fantastic. Always on it constant updates

Ik wil niet moeilijk doen, een 6 geven zou ik niet rechtvaardig vinden. - Alle pech op één dag, maar alles achteraf gezien vond ik het prima. - Iedereen heeft wel eens een pechdag, maar bij ons kwam werkelijk alles tesaam. Ook een lederen zetel (bed) werd beschadigd bij ophalen, papieren werden opgemaakt voor verzekering, en dit vond ik een zeer correcte beslissing. - Voor ons goed, maar het hangt er vanaf wiens fout het was dat de wagen 2 uur te laat was. Ook de 2 toestellen die 2 dagen vooraf zouden geleverd worden door de firma Quirreinen stonden niet op de wagen bij aankomst.

Hat alles super aufgebaut, war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch lösungsorientiert. Vielen Dank auch für den Aufbau des Kleiderschrankes mit viel Können, da dieser nur 2 cm unter der Decke endet. - Gerne gebe ich Feedback an eventuelle Kunden, möchte aber mein Feedback nicht auf der Homepage oder in sozialen Medien gepostet sehen. - Tolle Crew, sehr pragmatisch, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Hat sich auch schwierigen Themen professionell gewidmet, wie meine Waschmaschine aus der engen Badezimmertür zu bekommen. - War alles super, und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Was ich mir eventuell noch gewünscht hätte, wären etwas mehr detaillierte Angaben zum Import eines Autos (nicht nur die Zollformalitäten).

I don't think I can give this permission, sorry! - Definitely the best service I've ever had. - The movers were very professional, meticulous, and everything was treated with care. - The movers were very professional and fast. - I don't think this is applicable because I had to go through Gosselin because of my copmany. - This was easily the best overseas move I've ever had, and probably even without exaggeration the best move I've ever had in my life. It was a 10/10 process and communication across the board. Dennis Cuhls was a pleasure to work with, made everything very simple, and was excellent at communication!

I'm thrilled that I had the good sense to hire Gosselin to manage my move. Despite my anxieties, everything was done professionally and without causing any additional stress (beyond the normal moving stress). The team both in New York and Marseille were wonderful people and I was so happy to have their warm efficiency in my homes. - I had way too much stuff and these 4 men were fabulous. They got everything into the apartment, did exactly what I wanted and efficiently unpacked my numerous belongings, again, while being very supportive and friendly through the whole process. I couldn't have been more pleased. - The team that did the packing was excellent. They took my complicated belongings, wrapped them all securely and did it all while being very supportive of my anxieties. Not one item came through damaged or broken, proving what an excellent job they did. - I'm not quite sure what this question is asking or who the sales representative was, but everyone I had contact with during the process was helpful, professional and efficient. - Mary is a warm and caring professional who clearly takes pride in not only the work she does but making we, the clients, feel as relaxed and confident as possible in what is a very stressful situation: moving abroad. I appreciated her help, consul and management of my move and would recommend her to anyone without reservation.

Personal war sehr freundlich und speditiv. Leider hatte ich keinen Lift und deshalb musste alles zu Fuss in den zweiten Stock und ins Lager im Kellergeschoss oder Estrich gebracht werden. Im Total waren 3 Personen dort. Vielleicht wäre es noch gut gewesen eine vierte Person dabeizuhaben, um die Last aus gesundheitlichen Gründen etwas besser verteilen zu können. Einige meiner Möbel waren sehr schwer. - Sehr viel Personal zur Verfügung gehabt. Deshalb konnte das Einpacken nach bereits 2 Tagen abgeschlossen werden. Alles wurde sorgfältig eingepackt. - Antworten auf Fragen sind immer sehr speditiv eingetroffen. Der Umzugstermin konnte kurzfristig ohne Probleme organisiert werden, obwohl das Umzugsgut noch in Antwerpen war. Die Beratung war immer professionell.

Perfect. Heel correct en voortijdig heel duidelijke informatie. - Samenwerking is naar gewoonte. Prima - Het team welke bij ons kwamen verpakken waren heel professioneel. Werkelijk heel goed. Gedisciplineerd , heel goed op elkaar afgestemd. Let wel op de Mexicaanse volumeinschatting. Zij overschatten naar gewoonte. - Ook hier ben ik gewoon van een keurig team aan onze zijde te hebben. Vlot, keurig , geen beschadigingen . Het team was heel vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Ik hoop met jullie verder te kunnen werken. - gewoon perfect. - Opmerking: Als klant is het belangrijk , het team voldoende ruimte te geven om vlot te kunnen werken. Een handje toesteken is wel het minste dat we als klant voor jullie team kunnen doen. Het heeft mij een plezier geweest samen te werken met jou prima team.

I don't understand this question. - Based on my experience with previous 6 international moves packaging this time was unfortunately the worst. Although I have the impression that our goods were well prepared so many things got mixed together to save space and time that caused much more effort for unpackaging and organizing upon reception. Clothes and towels have been used for padding and filling spaces, which also caused enormous effort to clean and fold afterwards. A marble table that was sucessfully moved 6 times before broke although in a special crate (but without any padding). - Very efficient, made sure that the leader of the crew understood English, crew receptive for additional tasks (moving a furniture after having placed, discarding of goods not wanted anymore). - Personally I would have preferred another offer with a different moving company in Caracas but it's neither the fault of Gosselin.

One very experienced packer and a couple of very inexperienced folks...but the experienced packer was training them and giving then good directiojs - The two guys where very careful, offered to unpack everything - Very slow move since it took 4.5 months to go from Madrid to the US. Also, you are handed from company to company with no handoff or intro. Despite the above, price was good and everything arrived in good shape. Those were the things that in this casi I cared most about

This is the second time i have utilized Gosselin for a home move. They are highly professional, empathetic to what can be a stressful time and go above and beyond to make it seamless and organized. Good work, Tape and the team who were wrapping my goods at home good work. - Sometimes it was difficult to understand what is needed from my side to do till I call one of the service provider to get clarity. At some point I was not happy. - Marvelous - Very cooperative, and above they did a fantastic job. - She is a very good officer, very helpful, patient, always available when I needed to be assisted. Apart form some issues with the insurance team (really slow moving procedure, brilliantly accelerated and supported by Mr Odrobinski), my experience with Gosselin was great. - The local crew was hard working and helpful. - The whole crew was professional friendly and helpful. - Mr Odrobinski is professional and very, very helpful.

Dit heeft er toe geleid dat mijn verhuis meer dan een maand gestockeerd werd in België. - Beide vertegenwoordigers van Gosselin zijn steeds nauwkeurig tewerk gegaan. - De ervaring met Celebrity was zeer positief.
