Gosselin Mobility Russia becomes FAIM 3.1 Compliant

The quality assessment you have just undergone is the toughest and most strenuous in the industry and we commend you on your results,” Jesse Van Sas, FIDI General Manager, wrote to Marc Smet, CEO of the Gosselin Group.
“We were confident in our organization,” Sylvia Ciubotaru, Deputy Director of Gosselin Mobility Russia explains, “Reaching full compliance again was a confirmation of the work we have been doing over the years. Nevertheless, the path towards the audit is always a bit stressful.”
FIDI Global Alliance is the only network of global mobility specialists who comply with an internationally recognized quality standard. To be accredited by FIDI, a company must comply with over 200 quality requirements which cover every aspect of the administration and performance of an international removal. These consider every facet of a moving company's operations and services to customers, procedures, staff training, vehicle and warehouse maintenance and facilities.

Local and international customers request the certificate and really see it as a quality seal,” Ciubotaru elaborates, “it was certainly a refreshment of procedures and instructions to follow for my sales and operations team. We are heading into 2018 with added confidence.”
