Gosselin moves travelling exhibition from Brussels to Riga
"FASHION PANORAMA - The Italian New Wave" is a traveling exhibition that narrates the tale of contemporary Italian fashion through the perspective of ten new brands. The exhibition concluded in Brussels and is currently being held in Rigo from October 21st to November 20th.
Gosselin was responsible for the punctual and secure transportation of the art pieces but also for disassembling the exhibition in the country of origin and reassembling it in the destination country. The thirty wooden panels, each weighing around 90 kilograms, could only be moved when disassembled.
Inna Kotlikova from Gosselin Moving explains, "The Belgian crew had to transport them on carts through long, narrow corridors to the nearest window, where they were lowered via an external elevator. The exhibition's organizers in Brussels were so impressed by the moving team that they promptly received a new request for another exhibition at the same location in Brussels."

The Latvian crew faced the challenge of positioning the panels in the gallery in exactly the right way. However, effective collaboration between Gosselin, the organizing team, and the Embassy's employees ensured the successful completion of the project. "The Italian Embassy has asked us to dismantle the exhibition at the end of November as it moves to Bucharest. There is a strong likelihood that Gosselin will be chosen once again to transport the exhibition and reassemble it in Romania."
About the exhibition
The project is realised by VOGUE Italia in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The exhibition is promoted by the Embassy of Italy in Riga and the Italian Trade Agency in collaboration with the Riga Fashion Week and Ola Foundation.
