Gosselin UK among first to receive FAIM 22 Top Performer score

The new FAIM 22 has started maintaining more stringent criteria since the start of this year, and the Gosselin UK office has succeeded in achieving the Top Performer score. Out of over 600 FIDI members, only eight have received this certification.

Not only did Gosselin receive the FAIM 22 Top Performer score, but it also achieved this milestone with zero defects in the audit, meaning there were no recommendations for improvement. Manager Director of the UK and France, Iain Adams, is pleased. “The objective of FAIM certification is to provide a high, worldwide standard for international moving services. To date, it is the only recognized quality certification for professional moving companies. It confirms that our hard work at Gosselin pays off!"

Compared to the previous criteria, corporate responsibility has been expanded to include sustainability, cybersecurity and risk management. Focusing solely on the environment for the sustainability goals is no longer sufficient. Companies also have to improve the social and governance aspects. For cybersecurity, a company has to mitigate risks and offer solid technical safety on top of the basic awareness campaigns. Gosselin also had to prove its digital proficiency and provide a credit risk assessment.
