Team Italy attends HR Forum in Milan

HR Forum Milaan

Sustainability and employee well-being were the primary topics discussed at the HR Forum in Milan, which Eleonora attended. Following the exchange of personal experiences, the day concluded with a networking session.

"I intentionally sought out an event like this because Human Resources often oversee employee relocations globally," Eleonora remarked. "It provided an excellent opportunity for face-to-face interaction rather than through a webcam."

The forum featured speeches on the significance and tangible impact of workplace well-being on businesses, current industry trends, enhancing talent attraction and retention, fostering innovation and creativity in HR processes, employee mental health, maximizing individual potential, trust, engagement, and inclusion. These insights came from seasoned HR managers representing various sectors.

Attendees hailed from diverse companies, all expressing interest in investing in social events and fostering happiness. "I believe Gosselin excels in this area. The company invests in its people, creating a sense of involvement. Moreover, green symbolizes peace of mind and wellness, making it a double-win for Gosselin," Eleonora chuckled.
